Nestled in a beautiful Mediterranean stain rich hibiscus and boungavillea, Santa Chiara is the result of careful renovation of an old enological cellar. This apartment complex, family run, situated about 1 km from the town of Pantelleria and 400 mt from the sea, in Santa Clara, on the north-east of the island of Pantelleria. A 400 m. you can find the beautiful Cala del Bue Marino, the smooth surface of rock that slopes gently to the sea, as if to form a small natural pool. DAMMUSI BUKKURAM

The island of Pantelleria is characterized by a strong agricultural tradition and dammusi with its vineyards and olive groves are the most vivid expression. Original and reconstructed in style, are the rural island, characterized by dome-shaped roofs, which are useful for collecting rainwater and maintain the structure pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter instead.
The dark volcanic rocks are the main element of these typical buildings and are also used to build the "gardens": small towers that protect the plants from wind. And the wind is sovereign, so that the Arabs called the island Bent el Rhion (daughter of the wind). True Dammusi of Bukkuram are the truest expression of this tradition. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves lies the cottage in the countryside over the area of Our Lady of Grazie. Domina Pantelleria and the sea that surrounds it,  is a wonderful peace and an enchanting landscape. It is 4 km from the town of Scauri, maximum 19 beds.
